Laguna — You’ve Mesmerized Me

For our first summer hurrah (and at the rate things are going, prolly be our last too), we went to Laguna!

Uhm, what’s that song that goes “Laguna ng ikaw ay marating ko, para bang ako’y nagbago, kakaibang damdamin, lumukob sa akin…”.  I am unable to translate it verbatim but it depicts how beautiful a place Laguna is that it gives one an overwhelming feeling, like that of being in a paradise. I’ve never really agreed with that song and actually thought that it’s just romanticizing Laguna ( for all I know the dude who composed the song must be from Laguna anyway and expectedly loyal to his/her birthplace).

My London Sojourn: A Top 10 List of Sorts From An Average Pinay’s Perspective

My short stint in London has made me appreciate a lot of things. I honestly felt that it broadened my horizon (no cliches meant) and made me look at things in a different way. It became an eye-opener of sorts for me.  I suddenly realized what a big world it is and how much there is to learn from other cultures.

So without further ado, and before my memory fail me and before they fade into oblivion, I’d like to immortalize (I just hope the wordpress server won’t crash) in this blog the highlights of my London trip. Read on (and get bored).
